Were charged for food and drinks didn't order. They put same food on my room as well my friend room, we end up paying just to leave for our boat to Santorine. As well we called early in the morning to get someone taking the luggage but they don't offer this service.

Probably the friendliest staff I have come across in my travels! Always there to help with whatever was needed, the food was amazing as well and the hotel itself is nice and quiet, calm vibe and got music on the beach for the ultimate beach vibe! This was quite possibly the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff there is incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The room surpassed my expectations. I will be recommending Dyo Suites to anyone considering a trip to Crete.

The staff are all lovely, so friendly and happy. Room was extremely comfortable and very clean. The breakfasts were outstanding. The hotel has its own section of beach directly opposite which is free to use if you are staying at the hotel. Good restaurants nearby. Excellent stay

Well located boutique hotel

A charming boutique hotel within a short walk of Rethymno old town. The staff were very helpful and the room was well appointed but a little tired. Our only 2 minor concerns were that we did not get the jetted tub on our balcony as booked and street parking is hit and miss. All in all it was good value for money.
