In the first villa, you`ll find a spacious dining area that seats 23 guests, a kitchenette, and two bathrooms on the ground floor. The first floor features two bedroomsâone double and one twinâalong with an additional bathroom, plus a large kitchen and a cozy living room. On the second floor, two twin bedrooms and another bathroom complete the space.
The second villa offers two ground-floor bedroomsâone with a double bed and a single bed, and the other with a double bed, a single bed, and a single sofa bedâalong with a bathroom. The first floor includes a large kitchen, a living room, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom. On the second floor, there are two more twin bedrooms and a bathroom.

Rethymnon is the capital of the prefecture of the same name. It lies between the other two large towns - Herakleion to the east (at a distance of 80 kms.) and Chania to the west (at a distance of 60 kms).
Rethymno City is really close. Small but beautiful and authentic in every aspect, Rethymno will give you the chance to come close to the Cretan culture and make you realize why Cretan hospitality is so famous. One thing is for sure: you will be coming back to Rethymno. As a favorite local songwriter put it âRethymno is not the city you go; it is the city you go backâ.
A car is recommended for your transportation. We can organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property (extra charge).

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. Guests are welcome to check in from 15:00 on their arrival date and are requested to check out by 11:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in/late check-out is available upon request depending on availability. It is essential to keep us informed of your arrival time or any significant delays to ensure seamless access to the property. Please note that failure to check in by midday the day following your scheduled arrival without prior notification may result in the booking being treated as a cancellation.
2. Only registered guests may enter or stay overnight at the property. Any gathering with additional people must be disclosed and approved before booking; it may be declined or subject to extra charges. If these terms are breached, we reserve the right to deny check-in or require you to vacate the property immediately. In such cases, the booking will be considered cancelled by you, and no refund will be issued, unless we decide otherwise at our sole discretion.
3. Events are allowed at the villa upon prior notice. Please inform us in advance, as additional charges may apply.
4. Pets are allowed at the villa free of charge upon request. Please inform us in advance, as approval is required. We reserve the right to decline requests, and in certain cases, additional charges may apply.
5. Your comfort is our priority, and we make every effort to ensure the villa is in perfect condition for your stay. If you encounter any issues, such as interruptions with electricity, hot water, or internet, please notify us immediately so we can resolve them promptly.
Guests have a 48-hour window after check-in to report any pre-existing damages or broken facilities. After this period, any damages found will be considered the responsibility of the current guests and must be settled or replaced prior to departure.
6. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Guests are welcome to smoke in outdoor areas, such as the pool deck, balconies, and terraces.
7. Housekeeping: Cleaning and linen changes take place every 3/4 days.
If you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, itâs possible for an extra charge.
8. Pool: The pool is uncovered and built according to Greek Tourism Organisation (EOT) standards. Children under 12 are not allowed to use the pool without adult supervision. Parents are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times. Use is at your own risk due to potential health and safety risks.
9. Fireplace: Please only use the firewood provided and refrain from burning paper or other combustible materials.
10. Due to the location of the property, there are no fixed quiet hours regarding music. However, please note that general quiet hours do apply by law, therefore if a neighbor or authority requests that the music be turned off or lowered, guests are required to comply.
11. The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
