Zen Luxury Home is a 400 sq.m. fully equipped two-floor residence nestled in the tranquil countryside of Nea Magnesia, just 500m from the beach. It is conveniently located near charming taverns and supermarkets, and only 10 km from the vibrant town of Rethymno.



This luxurious property consists of three separate apartments. On the ground floor, there are two apartments, each offering 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom with a shower, and a private en-suite shower room within one of the bedrooms, providing additional comfort and convenience.



The first floor hosts a spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms, featuring three full bathrooms with showers, as well as a private en-suite shower room in one of the bedrooms.



Zen Luxury Home offers generous living spaces, including three comfortable living rooms with sofas and satellite TVs, as well as three modern open-plan, fully equipped kitchens. In total, there are 8 bedrooms — four with double beds and four with twin beds — all fitted with premium Coco-Mat mattresses.



Step outside to enjoy the 25 sq.m. shared swimming pool, complete with outdoor furniture, a small children's play area, and a barbecue for delightful outdoor gatherings. For added comfort, the property includes central heating with radiators, exterior security cameras, and smoke detectors. Complimentary amenities include shampoo, shower gel, coffee, sugar, water, tea, fruit, butter, jam, toast, honey, and olive oil.



The property owner resides on the top floor and is available to assist with anything you may need. The area offers traditional taverns and a nearby supermarket, while the lively town of Rethymno is just a short drive away, offering a wide range of attractions and amenities.

Family holiday

There were 12 family members staying in the three suites. We all had a great time and the owners looked after us extremely well. The suites are very comfortable and well maintained. Very happy to recommend Zen Suites. Thank you for a great holiday.
