When arriving to the hotel and or prior to arriving, there is no signage and limited or no space to park while checking in. Where do you park when checking in? There appears to be parking lots next to the hotel, but have gates and have no signage as to what the lot is for, who can use it, etc. There was nowhere in front of the hotel to park while checking in. No instructions are listed or given prior to arrival on parking. And to add insult to injury, somewhere in the fine print, there is a $30 a day charge for self parking? Unimpressed.

Clean and functional

Hotel was fine but without transport you are locked into the hotel services. That is as expected quite expensive for what you get food wise. The airport shuttle worked fine but there is a sense of unease about it with. First come first served and you’ll need to be ready early to guarantee a seat. If not they run every 30 minutes. That just bothers your head but in our case worked ok

The most wonderful shuttle driver drove back around the airport as my phone fell out of my pocket as I excited the shuttle and I didn’t realize till inside the terminal to check in. Didn’t get his name but he was so sweet! Room was clean. Food was ok for breakfast. Hot tub was torn apart but pool was working. Walked to Revere Beach for sandcastle building competition and it was a scary walk beside a freeway,under the freeway and through some interesting area. Wouldn’t do it again. Can’t even cross the street to get to the grocery store. Fine if you are just spending the night near the airports and use the shuttle.

Checked in and was immediately presented with a notice that all power would be shut down the following morning at 8:30. Prior notice would have let me decide if I wanted to go somewhere else. Instead I had to be up breakfasted and have my luggage downstairs by 8:30. Hampton inn? Never again.
