My only real complaint is that it is very difficult to contact the airport shuttle to come get you. The number you call--they say this is only for NEW reservations. I went ahead--the gal transferred me--I got cut off 2 times. A lady from the airport called, was given a WRONG number to call. It is a very poor system that cost us time! DO BETTER!!

The hotel is... fine. This is not a resort hotel, or a good hotel for a family vacation. It's good for what it is, and what it is is a place for single, traveling people to spend a night here and there on their way to/from Boston Logan. There is a good breakfast (free) and ample parking (not free). Check in/out is fast. There is a free airport shuttle that runs pretty regularly. All the things you need for a no-frills, no fun stay. But the restaurant/bar closes early and there's nothing around in walking distance. It's right on Hwy 1, with constant traffic and no access to any amenities. The rooms are clean but pretty sparse, and the bathrooms have stupid barn doors that slide closed (some more easily than others), don't lock, and leave huge gaps exposed to the room. Not ideal if you're shy. The walls are thin and the halls can be noisy until pretty late.
