Keep your drapery closed if you want privacy!!

Liked this “Executive Twin Room” much better than standard twin for a minimal differences. The only thing we did not like was that our balcony was not private!! During our 2 nights stay, and we were out most of the day time, a man (possibly a hotel employee) walked across our balcony 5 times!! Can’t take an advantage of floor to ceiling huge windows that way!! They need to work on this n change.

Room.was not cleaned. Totally unacceptable

Room was not cleaned for my 2nd night. The excuse was thanks I left my do not disturb sugn on the door. This I did after breakfast but i left the hotels just after 10am and went out all day. I tried to contact hotels.com but they are impossible to contact. This was a reward trip utilising over £200 so I am especially irked.

The stay in the hotel was fine, and the location was very good for our trip and planned activities. Unfortunately, I tied two times to contact the hotel after our checkout about a problem and they did not even give me the courtesy of a reply to my messages. Very disappointing.

Front desk staffs were too “cool”

Front desk staffs were not as cheerful as they should be, although they are little better than robots. I cannot blame them for no air conditioning but we needed to open the window to cool down a bit (at end of August) so the vehicle and machinery noise from outside disturbed our sleep.

Very noisy and quite hot because opening the window further increased noise from skate park and nightclubs which lasted until early in the morning. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean.

Great location, parking is offsite and cost money. TV kept dropping connection. Location is great and staff friendly. I stayed in room 235 and its right next to a main walkway which was noisy and music from a local bar was obvious.
