Everything was good at the hotel. The only complaint I would have is that there is no air conditioning and I had to open the window to get some air circulation.

Room was fine for a place close to airport. I was traveling with my family and had a separate room. When I went down early to have breakfast the woman rudely told me I had to share a table with another woman while no one else was in the room. All the breakfasts had been laid out and they wouldn’t let me sit alone. She was super rude and the breakfast was the least satisfying one of the trip.

We stayed in the junior suite for 2 nights. This boutique hotel is good, except no safe to put our valuables. That means we have to carry our passports to Blue Lagoon. Also, the power outlet is quite low, in an awkward position, nothing right on the desk or bed side table. Moreover, I got 3 bed bites on my arm.

Nice place with airport shuttle

Shower was new and great. Bed comfortable but some might think too soft. Would be nice to have more convenient electrical sockets and tissues provided. Restaurant was expensive but dinner we had was amazing and service very good.

We loved the hotel. Please note that as per Expedia a shuttle service to the airport is included. Unfortunately by law the hotel is not allowed to pick you up at the airport - they can only drop you off. That is the case for all airport hotels at KEF. You need to hire a taxi to get there from the airport if you don't have a car.
