Great location in the centre close to lots of bars and restaurants. A very comfortable room (the only difficulty was trying to master the lighting system!) A good buffet breakfast with a wide choice, sometimes the hot food options could be hotter but that was my only issue. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would happily stay again.

Fantastic stay — highly recommend! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spotless, and the bathroom felt truly luxurious. The location was excellent — with easy access to Bus Stops 1 and 2 for tour pickups and drop-offs. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was included, and on mornings when we had early departures, they thoughtfully packed generous takeaway breakfasts for us. A great touch that made our trip even better!

This hotel provides an absolutely exceptional stay, primarily due to its prime location just blocks from the city center (with easy walking access to Rainbow Street and Hallgrímskirkja) and its truly impeccable, cordial staff. The team was professional, efficient, and consistently ensured we felt safe and at home; their local recommendations were spot on. Furthermore, all meals from the main kitchen, including room service, were outstanding. The sole area for improvement was the complimentary breakfast, which unfortunately fell noticeably short of the property’s high standards. Despite that minor point, the superior service and phenomenal location make this the perfect choice and it is highly recommended.
