The good - easy check in, great location, with some parking, spacious apartment. The bad - no welcome coffee, bathroom lighting bad, no reg shower - shower on tub, need to be seated to shower with low lighting and looking dingy, there is a hint of a damp dirty mop like smell on the floor that doesnt smell clean, it is on the 4th floor with no elevator and tight stairwell.

We loved staying here! Right off the main shopping area, close to bus stops and walkable to everywhere. It was a clean, modern apartment large enough for 3 adults. Easy key code entry. Great communication with owners. Luggage storage for before and after arriving. Grocery store and cat cafe around the corner. We stayed here twice before and after our campervan trip around the island. Highly recommended them!

Great place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and easy to get to all main things in city. Our only complaint was that it was a bit warm at night in apartment and we were nit sure how to adjust the temperature. We also liked that we were lucky to get a parking spot on the property

Awesome place by Rainbow Road

We absolutely loved this property and would happily return!! The location could not be more perfect. So much to do within walking distance. Even the harbor is only a 12 minute walk. Having parking was a huge bonus!!! There was so much room for our family and we loved having a private patio for watching for the northern lights. We saw them multiple times even tough we were in the city. The only hiccup we had was we were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. We loved being on the 3rd floor but were not prepared to drag our luggage up stairs. Since my husband is disabled, it meant I had some heavy lifting to do.

Apartment is in a great location and within a couple minutes walk from the centre of Reykjavik. Apartment is clean and functional - and easy to use the heating. We stayed in a 2 bed and it was perfect for a family of 4.

Most Convenient, Comfortable Place for Families

The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious, well equipped and we took a higher floor for good views. Good ventilation and heating. Clean space with plenty of towels, toiletries, well equipped kitchen for cooking, especially when traveling with kids. Very easy to communicate with hosts and great location, would stay again when we revisit.

Lovely apartment in downtown Reykjavik. Well equipped for self catering, nicely decorated, clean. Parking is a little hard to find unless you use the garage across the street. Lots of restaurants are just steps away.

Very nice apartment

Very pleased with the apartment. Clean, comfortable and warm. There was a bit of noise from the apartment above and from the street, but not enough of an issue to affect our stay. Parking at the rear of the apartment was really useful and convenient.

This was a perfect property, so close to shopping and so many restaurants. Easy pick up and drop off for tours at bus stops 2,3 and 6. Very clean and easy to access with a key code. Would def recommend!
