Beautiful hotel with an awesome restaurant and magnificent views of the glacier and mountains from the back. Houston’ hot tubs and robes with slippers were a great touch to a relaxing vacation!

Very nice new hotel. Elegant commons area. Nice restaurant but expensive. Food was very good but not outstanding. A major feature this hotel is its location. It is not AT the Glacier Lagoon, despite the name, but it is only 6min drive.

A eco friendly hotel

An excellent stay in glacier lagoon hotel. It’s just off route 1. Staff are amazing and very close to lot of activities. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling on the south coast of Iceland.

Loved everything about this except that there was no way to cool the room down. It got quite hot and made it hard to sleep. There is a tiny window that you could open, but it didn’t drive any real airflow even though it was cold outside. It’s a new, beautiful hotel, and I’d recommend staying, but they need to do something about temperature management in the rooms.
