Boutique hotel with top notch service, beautiful design, a lot of heart, excellent wine and food, and perfect location. I had a wonderful experience at 10GR and could sing their praises for many things. A beautiful hotel is only as beautiful as the staff and service. The team won me over immediately and then became trusted connections during my 5 night stay after I had an accident. I fell and broke my wrist one evening (not in the hotel) and was traveling alone. There’s no worse feeling than being alone in a foreign country in an ER at night. The Rhodes Old Town emergency transport service, the ambulance team and the hospital staff were truly amazing and took care of me. In addition, the 10GR staff handled me with care, compassion, kindness, knowledge and went over the top to help. My greatest appreciation goes to Elias for making sure I was getting proper care at the hospital, wasn’t feeling alone, calling me multiple times offering to translate, arranged transportation for me at the hospital back to the hotel and assisted with my comfort. Then Elistancia took good care of my comfort and arrangements the next day, and the whole 10GR staff including two housekeepers, chef, evening waiter and others looked after me with care. An additional shout to Dion who served me breakfasts and coffees for 5 days and looked after my wellbeing. The staff is lovely and I could see that they enjoy working together as a team. You have such a hard job and I appreciate all of you!

Was a great experience. Hotel can be a bit tricky to find initially but its a very nice establishment. Rooms are well decorated and clean, restaurant and wine bar is nice and location within old town is great. I would stay here again for sure!

Great hotel in the old town

We had a wonderful stay at the 10GR. Funky room, charming friendly staff, lovely Greek breakfast options. We also had a great wine tasting with one of the hotel’s sommeliers (the very lovely and knowledgeable Alexandria). Will definitely return!

Great location in the Old Town. Very comfortable and quiet. Staff were so friendly and helpful as a solo traveler visiting for the first time. Experience was very relaxing and accommodating. Definitely recommend a spa treatment too.

The location and staff were fantastic and it is a comfortable hotel. It is a very pretty building, and the rooms are unique and interesting to be in. Because of limitations around what they can do the rooms are quite small, with not much space to hang up clothes etc and our toilet door didn't shut all the way. Also cars can't drive into old town so contact them ahead of time to arrange pick up in their buggy if you have a lot of bags or mobility issues. If not it's only a 3 min walk from the sea gate. We had breakfast included and the wait staff were impeccable and the food was fantastic. I'd recommend it for an experience and ease of location for exploring the old town.

Perfect place to really experience the Old City.

We loved this Hotel. We stayed in a cell originally built for a Knight, how cool is that? It was quite comfortable with all the amenities of a modern hotel. The staff were wonderful especially Eva.

Super staff. Great room in the heart of the old city. Despite its central location our room was very quiet and very comfortable. Very nice breakfast. Should we return to Rhodes in the future will definitely return to this hotel.
