Guests are kindly asked to respect a few house rules for a smooth stay. The villa should be left tidy on departure: dishes and utensils washed, bins emptied, fridge cleared, and rubbish removed (otherwise a €25 fee applies). Barbecue use requires cleaning, and all damages should be reported to the hostess. Due to Greek plumbing, no litter is to be flushed in toilets—blockages incur a €150 charge plus repair costs. Pool use requires showering beforehand, umbrellas must be closed when not in use (damage replacement €200), and towels should not be used for makeup removal. Linen stains or unreported damages may result in replacement costs.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Some service facilities of the holiday complex are only open seasonally. Access to the wellness area is only permitted for people over 18 years of age.
