Beachfront Villa SeaShell Superior

Perfect place for family or romantic holidays: spacious comfortable house, crystal blue sea withing 2 minutes walk, quiet fine shingle beach.The villa house is 60 m away from the sea. There is a picturesque pathway to the beach among wild cypresses and juniper trees. The area is protected natura. In the garden, along the pathway from the sea to the house, our guests will find a cosy spacious shower cabin with cold and hot water. After swimming and sunbathing you can use hammock in the garden to relax in shadow, enjoying light summer wind.
The villa has a big nicely decorated pergola in the garden where coffee or meal can be served, that is a perfect place to relax with a glass of delightful refreshing Greek wine. There our guests can use a sink with cold and hot water, tableware (plates, glasses, forks, knives, etc) at the cupboard next to the oven, dining table and 10 chairs. Everything is ready for outdoor lunch in the shade of cypresses, or romantic dinner under the bright south stars!
The space is decorated with evening lights and ancient and traditional style handicrafts.
The big comfortable house is full of light, fragrance of surrounding coniferous trees and wild herbs.
It has two sitting rooms, fireplace, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with WC, a WC, spacious veranda facing the sea, all rooms have balconies with sea or hills view. From verandas and balconies you can enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets over the quiet gleaming sea.
The villa has a three-level house and a natural garden with coniferous, fig and olive trees.
At the ground floor there are:
1. three bedrooms (two double-bed bedrooms and a bedroom with two single beds)
2. a sitting room with soft corner and TV
3. two bathrooms with WC, washing machine
4. fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric stove with oven, coffee machine (espresso and filter), microwave oven and more)

At the first floor there are:
1. two bedrooms (double bed bedroom and two single beds bedroom)
2. sitting room with soft corner and TV set
3. fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric stove with oven, coffee machine (espresso and filter), microwave oven and more)
4.sitting area with armchairs and a cofee table
5. bathroom (shower +WC)

At the second floor there are:
1. bedroom (double bed king), WC
2.traditional Greek soufas (big and cozy open sleeping zone next to the window facing the sea. The soufas can provide sleeping place for 3 children or two adults
3. sitting corner with armchairs and table

Sitting rooms and bedrooms are air-conditioned. The villa provides satellite TV, WiFi, local telephone, 2 washing machines, ironing facilities, two fully equipped kitchens.
At the beach our guests use a private sun awning, 4 sun beds and 3 sun chairs. The beach is very quiet, it is just you and sea, no hotels nearby, just several neighboring villas. Mojito beach cocktail bar is 600 m away from the house, our guests can take a walk (or swim)there along the sea line, or use their car to get there. Enjoy wonderful mornings and evenings at the sea shore; take a walk along the tide line, under the bright stars, listen to the soothing sound of the waves .
Our guests can use private parking at the villa. It is big enough to park up to 4 cars.
Cleaning of the house once a week on request. Bed linen/towel change is once a week (free of charge).

Beach/bath towels provided.

The governmental environment fee is 10 euros per night independently of the number of guests and is collected cash by the host on check-in.

Damage guarantee of 300 euros is collected by the owner upon check-in and is returned to the guest upon check-out, provided there is no damage done.
The host is ready to give all information concerning entertainment, shopping and landmarks, and to assist in renting a car or arranging a one day sea yacht cruise.
The villa is just 4 km away from the charming Gennadi village with its old traditional houses, narrow streets with taverns offering traditional Rhodian food. There is a supermarket offering meat and poultry, drinks, cheese, cold cuts and household goods at very good prices, a grocery shop and a bakery at the central square of the village. There is also a Church, a pharmacy and the Medical First Aid Station.
Our guests can also visit Lahania village, a picturesque place 5 km away from the villa, old Vati village, and Prassonissi cape is an ideal place for surfers.
Kiotari tourist centre (shopping centre, restaurants, bars) is 10 km away from the Villa.
