The house is 120 square metres and offers two floors of living space an outside area with balcony and garden, sitting area, BBQ facilities and private parking. Air-conditioned, it sleeps 6 and its fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities.

The ground floor, entry level, offers a small kitchen with dining area and a cozy living room with fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven , refrigerator-frizzer, coffee maker and all the kitchenware needed to prepare your meals. At the second floor there is a double bedroom with balcony and amazing view of the sea and unspoiled land.
On the same floor there is a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds as well as 2 extra single beds on the communal space.

The beautiful pebble beach is at 50 m from the house.
