Maison Roxanne is an enchanting retreat offering 75 square meters of thoughtfully designed living space, perfect for accommodating up to three adults. The open-plan ground floor features a cozy fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, and a living area divided by a charming arch. A comfortable sofa bed provides additional sleeping space, making this home ideal for families or small groups.

Upstairs, you’ll find an open bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. The adjoining bathroom is beautifully appointed with a round bathtub, a bidet, and a built-in cabinet with a sink. Convenience is key, with a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen ensuring a hassle-free stay. Entertainment options include a TV with satellite channels and air conditioning on the upper floor for year-round comfort.

Step outside to the garden terrace, where a delightful sitting area invites you to unwind and enjoy an evening barbecue. I would like to inform you that from 01/01/2024 Greece has introduced a new tourist tax for visitors that applies to all types of accommodation rentals.

The current stay-over tax that chargers guests on hotel and villas has been replaced with a new “climate crisis resilience charge”.
This means that the extra daily fee that applies to guests by arrival to the accommodation will be 2 euros per day. This amount can be paid directly to the property owner in cash.

Revenues from this charge will go into a specially created emergency fund for natural disasters.
