Villa Oceania is spread over 3 floors with plenty of space for families, friends and couples to holiday harmoniously together. As you enter at middle floor level you will come straight into the bright and airy open plan lounge with fully fitted kitchen and dining table. The patio doors lead out onto the garden and pool areas with fantastic seaviews. The modern open plan kitchen is fitted with all mod cons to make catering for your family and friends a pleasure. A large fridge/freezer has plenty of space for all your favourite snacks, chilled beers and wine and ice for your G&T. Equipped with a full oven and integrated hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, bean to cup coffee machine and with ample crockery and glassware to prepare everything from breakfast to drinks platters and an elaborate dinner party.

The private pool is surrounded by sunloungers, with an extensive pergola offering shade over a large outdoor dining table as well as a fabulous sofa, an outdoor bar and BBQ area and just fabulous views over the bay. This area is the highlight of the property and for sure will be the place that your memories are made and stories told.

The upper floor has a double bedroom with ensuite shower/wc and floor to ceiling windows to give you fabulous light and views. The lower floor has 3 bedrooms which all access directly to a garden terrace area with lounge chairs and seaviews. The main master bedroom has a King Size bed with his/her bathrooms, one with shower/wc and one with bath/wc. A large space giving you plenty of room to add a cot if needed and we can add an extra sofabed for a child too making it ideal for either a family room or simply the luxury and space of a master bedroom.

The adjacent room has a double bed with its own Shower/WC opposite and with patio doors to the garden. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds which can also be converted into a King and ensuite/shower/wc with garden terrace access.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned to keep you cool on those warm summer nights.
