Inside, you'll find a nice bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, ample storage, and high ceilings that enhance the airy atmosphere. Please note, the queen bed that is listed in the living room is an air mattress that can be blown up if needed. The apartment features 1.5 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities including an oven, fridge, freezer, water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. Whether you're preparing meals or brewing coffee, everything you need is readily available.

For those needing to work remotely or stay connected, the apartment provides two computer monitors and WiFi access throughout. After a day of activities, unwind in the cozy living area with a smart TV loaded with your favorite streaming apps. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, brand new carpeting for added comfort, and ample parking space, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

You will have full, private access to the apartment. If you would like access to the backyard for pets, please let us know in advance. We live in the apartment next door and share a wall with the listing. While we make every effort to respect our guests’ privacy and keep noise to a minimum, please note that we have young children and dogs. I booked this apartment so I could attend a 5 day virtual seminar/ conference where I needed privacy and immersion. This was great! Exactly what I needed! Close to stores for those forgotten items. Overall the internet was great, I did start getting lag and got kicked out of zoom a couple of times, only wifi available. And I think I was only effected during higher traffic times/ when the host family was home. Virtual stuff can be greedy! So if you need this for the same purpose, you may want to bring a booster. Andrea and Brian were a wondeful hosts! Always answered my questions, and willing to do what was needed to make my stay wonderful! I appreciate the warm hospitality!!

Affordable option in Richfield and appreciate that the host was very responsive. The place is larger than we thought it'd be, but old & quirky layout. AC is only in the living room so the bedroom can get warm. There's no exhaust fan in the kitchen (or any of the bathrooms) so cooking heats up the place too.
