This 1891 construction historic building has been nicely remodeled, retaining charming features like exposed brick walls and stained glass. Enjoy modern amenities and relish the prime location. This apartment comprises the entire second floor of our 2 story property. There is another studio apartment below, which may also have guests.

The apartment will have access to 1 private off-street parking space in the rear of the building. Access to the apartment is through the gated back yard and up the stairs to the second floor.

We can be reached by messaging through the AirBnB app, or texting directly. We have a full-time maintenance man on staff, and I live about 5 minutes away, so we are usually able to resolve any issues quickly.
