the rooms felt neglected. The bathrooms had mold on the ceiling. The sheets had stain and hair all over them. The tv screen had full of dust. The carpets were not vacuumed, and bathroom air vent were full of human dead skin.

The hotel needs to be cleaned thoroughly and maintained in many ways. Dirty elevator, dirty hallway. The bathroom above ours had a leak that was coming down through the ceiling to our bathroom. After informing of the problem they fixed it, but there was still a nasty smell. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I'm not sure if they even completely cleaned the room. There were cockroaches on the floor and the wall when I woke up this morning and there was one bath towel in the bathroom. And the door handle was broken to get into the room.Every time you shut the door it fell on the floor

Stayed overnight, third floor room 310, dirty elevator, dirty floor, cracking ceiling in the bathroom, and cockroaches in the bathroom, crawling, so disgusting. Never experienced anything like this, even in a motel. Forget about the breakfast, I won’t even touch them, not that there are much choice’s anyway.

An email had already been sent to Expedia, which is where we rented from… Comfort inn was horrible and we needed to receive a refund due to my child developed eczema and cockroaches in both rooms, as well as impolite employee

We were in 3 different rooms during our 1 night stay. The first room had an odor, no pillows on the sofa, and lights didnt work. We moved to Rm 2. There was visible black mold in the bathroom. Roaches were also present. Lights also didn't work. In Rm 3, the curtains were broken, huge dirty spots on sofa, lamps missing bulbs, knob to closet broke , & no hot water. Offered to move us to another room and the water didn’t work there either. Tiles falling from the ceiling in the pool area and roaches in there as well. We were scared to even try breakfast. It was so disappointing. Please dont't book here.

Over priced, allows other hotels in the area to overcharge. Should be like 90$ for the night, just cuz you gotta share rooms with cockroaches, peeling wallpaper, and black mold. No bed bugs tho at least.

We checked in and were immediately APPALLED by the condition of our room. I wish I would’ve taken a picture. The bed was just the mattress, no sheets, and the room looked like a party had happened in it. Wood was splintered all over the floor and was in shambles. My husband and I immediately removed ourselves and our pets from the room. The hotel wreaked of weed as well. The front desk worker said no other rooms were available. We ended up going to a hotel across the street which was MUCH more pleasant. This was our second time staying here-we will NEVER be back again.
