I stayed over the holiday week. Room was never clean after asking for it to be cleaned after 1130. Front desk said the dont speak English so they dont understand what your saying. When i brought up what happened to the general manager in peraon he said call him so he can pull up the account. i called calledlike he asked i spoke general manager very rude and hung up on me. It was like pulling teeth to get some kind of refund. And then tells me never come back im not welcome. If i knew there was a Marriott hotel right behind them i would've stayed there. Theres about 6 hotels/motels in walking destance i couldve stayed. Wont be going back Only good thing was the person that check me at night was really nice.

I chose this hotel because it had a pool. When I checked in, The pool was out of service. I was told that it would be fixed in 2 days. Four days later, still no pool. The room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Mostly quiet until my last day. Checked out a day early because no pool and loud work being done in the parking lot.

Four guys drinking out the back of a pick up truck all night making noise. There was a ball on the roof rolling around in the wind. Glad I didn’t see the giant cockroach on the floor in the hallway until I woke up for breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was gross but exactly the level of gross you would expect from a hotel chain breakfast. No more no less.

The hotel smell like pot everywhere all day. Even inside our room and when we came back smelled like cigarette. The walls were so dirty with food. The pool was being repaired and we chose this hotel for the pool. The chemicals from the repairs were unbearable. The last night there was a loud party with fights in a room nearby. The front desk didn't do anything. The smell of drugs was bad and people yelling and screaming through the halls. It was very scary because I was traveling alone with my kids. We couldn't change hotels because it was prepaid already. Worse hotel ever in my life. I know the company wont do anything about it but at least someone can read this

Elevator inspection was over 2 weeks expired. Food was clearly powdered eggs and paper thin bacon. Each floor had a distinct odor. Electronic key cards malfunctioned more than once.
