Summary:
This is truly a perfect place for leisure or business travel. Previous guests have reserved the my place for romantic getaways, conference or convention attendance (super close to the convention center), surprise birthday or anniversary getaway, Girls Night getaway, live concerts or theater shows, brewery tours, restaurants and cool attractions, Parents Weekend at one of the many close by universities, graduations, weddings…you name it!

The Space:
The Space is very spacious and cozy. It fully furnished and comfortably hosts up to 4 people.
⭐Bedroom: It has a very comfortable pillow top king size bed with a smart Tv, reading chair, dresser. dedicated working desk.
⭐Livingroom: 55 inches TV with HULU and Disney+, comfortable couch which easily converts to a full-size bed.
⭐Bathroom: spacious walk- in shower with provided shampoo and body wash, hair dryer.
⭐Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen. Electrical stove and oven, toaster and full-size refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, silverware, etc.
⭐Coffee bar: k-cup maker with roasted coffee creamer and sugar.
⭐Internet: High speed WI-FI internet.
⭐Parking: large parking lot behind the house access to alleyway. Additionally free street parking that always very easy to find the parking spot in front of the house as well.

Guest Access:
This apartment is on the 2nd floor of your right side. There are shared spaces you can enjoyed as well (front porch ,backyard ,laundry room in the basement ).
private parking lot is located in the backyard.

Other Things to Note:
As for smoking, it is NOT allowed inside of apartment or building, but feel free to do so on the porch and use the provided ashtray for disposing of the waste.

Payments will be collected by RVA Homestays using Stripe. The payment schedule is as follows:

1. The first payment of 50% of the whole amount is at the time of 14 days before check in.

2. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the check in date.

3. Payments for bookings confirmed within 5 days of check in will be charged in full at time of booking.

4. A temporary authorization will be made at time of booking. This will be released 7 days after check out.

As a guest of Urban Bloom/King Bed/2TVs/Free Parking/Museums, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
