Nice hotel. There was a real door for the bathroom, rather than those terrible barn doors so many hotels now have. TV did not have options and would not work with our Roku or Fire Stick.

Breakfast should be free to all guests. I don’t know if I’ll like the buffet items so I shouldn’t have to pay $22 for it. At least offer bagels and cereal and if you don’t offer free breakfast add a microwave to the room

Perfect Stay with Stunning Views and Top-Notch Service My stay at the Marriott Hotel in Richmond was exceptional from start to finish. The room was clean, spacious, and had a wonderful scent the moment I walked in. The 18th floor offered breathtaking views, making it the perfect spot to watch both the sunset and sunrise — truly a highlight of the stay. The bathroom was spacious, fully stocked, and immaculately clean, which made getting ready a breeze. We did need a few extra towels, and the staff was more than accommodating, bringing them up promptly with a smile. The TV in the room was large, making it easy to enjoy a movie after a long day. And having a Starbucks in the hotel was such a great touch, especially for those who need a late check-out. It’s the perfect place to grab coffee and unwind before you go. Overall, this Marriott exceeded expectations. Amazing views, excellent service, and all the little touches that make a stay memorable. Highly recommend!

Everything went well. From the time entering the premises, the front end staff, very courteous and friendly, very knowledgeable and just didn't tell you where things were located, but escort you there, very hands on toward everyone.
