Must use room key for EVERYTHING

Great hotel if you like to use your room key for EVERYTHING! Cant get to elevators without room key, cant ride elevator without using room key, laundry room, fitness center all needs room key. No dishes, coffee pot, silver ware nothing unless you PAY to use. Room is white glove CLEAN.

My daughter was unable to check in because Expedia said that the check-in age was 18 and when we got there, they say that their policy is 21 even after attempted to change it to my name, they did not us. Y’all need to confirm with the owner the check in Age requirement.

Everything was good except for the guy in 232 who blasted the tv all night and there was fighting going on in that room. Didn’t get any sleep as a result.

Booked this stay to get an early morning flight. Hotel is convenient to airport One big problem, they do not have any coffee. No coffee maker in the room, no coffee in the lobby.

Had a great stay on my visit. It was close to plenty of food options and shopping center. Plus easy to get on the highway to get downtown. Everyone working the front counter was nice and super helpful and helped us with any questions and requests we had. The room was perfect, clean, and had kitchen amenities for us to store our leftovers we brought back from dinner. Definitely coming back next visit.
