Prenotato con Expedia ad un prezzo molto conveniente, arrivato in hotel alla reception il personale mi dice che è impossibile aver prenotato a quel prezzo e che manca il saldo mentre nel mio dettaglio pagamento rimanevano solo 6€ di tassa di soggiorno, contattato direttamente Expedia mi ha confermato che avrei dovuto effettivamente pagare solo la tassa di soggiorno. Saliamo in camera, aria condizionata non funzionante ed acqua calda non pervenuta fino all’ultimo giorno del mio soggiorno.

Dopo aver prenotato e pagato, giunto in hotel alle 19:30 dopo un viaggio estenuante sotto una pioggia incessante, la struttura era chiusa e nessuno rispondeva al campanello. Provavo a chiamare i numeri esposti sulla porta solo al terzo ottenevo una risposta e subito dopo venivo richiamato da un signore che mi chiedeva il nome e informazioni sulla prenotazione. Stanco e frustrato ho riattaccato dicendo che avrei prenotato da un’altra parte. La mattina successiva al risveglio provvedevo a contattare il servizio clienti piattaforma hotel che accertavano l’inconveniente accaduto procedendo al rimborso del pagamento nei successivi 10 giorni.
