We had a good stay at a very busy hotel during Carnaval . Great location and familiar for taxi and Ubers Room was good and staff good without being brilliant . Breakfast was good

I hated this hotel. They take the card off of the room each time they clean the room, and they only clean it when u ask them. First five days I stayed in they didn’t clean it once. The food in the restaurant if also so bad.

Room was very small, dirty windows. WiFi didn’t work for 2 days. When asking at reception they told me a technician would have a look - no one ever came. Breakfast average for a 4* hotel. Reception always had a queue for 10 mins+ if asking a question. Significantly overpriced for a hotel that’s not on the beach. Appreciate it was near Carnaval time and busy but disappointing stay

This hotel is filled with lazy and lying people. Upon check in we were told we can have an additional person stay with us. Only to come back FOUR days later -- with only 2 nights left -- demanding $530 for the additional person. Called the cops on us after attempting to hold our belongings hostage. The cops literally could not do anything so they left annoyed. On top of that, our toilet stopped working. We complained everyday and NOTHING was done. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby. Every time, we went from the 8th floor to the lobby to use the restroom. The ceiling was also leaking and moldy. DO NOT STAY HERE!

i had a great time staying at this hotel! i loveddd that it was so close to the beach & it really helped since i was there for new years. it was only 3ish blocks away! alexandre checked me in & he was such a pleasure! i loved speaking with him & i was always happy to see him when i was coming in & out of the hotel. i had a mishap with leaving my jacket in the back of a fuber (fake uber) & the next day after my stay, daniela helped me & confirmed that it was returned! she was very sweet & she also helped me at check out & keeping my bag stored away when i wanted to leave my stuff there before my flight!

We got placed in a room that looked like it was run down, molding and seriously unclean. the ac would leak constantly from the ceiling and drip close to the bed and the amount of times we called maintenance it was never getting fixed right even if they brought someone out. The sink and toilet would clog constantly as well.

Our room view was amazing. It was good hotel according to price and location(5 minutes walk Copa Cabana beach). They also had good breakfast and clean room and big enough. Also hotel help you find buy tickets for tourist places in Rio de Janerio.
