The room was not fully clean, the air conditioning did work but here no instructions on how to use it and the first night I slept without AC . Additionally the evening staff was unbelievably rude and the street very noisy. I wouldn’t recommend.

Péssimo atendimentos, quartos vulnerável, a chave de um quarto, abre todos os outros quartos do hotel. O gerente não desceu pra da nenhuma satisfação. Passamos por um terrível constrangimento com uma hóspede entrando em meu quarto com a chave do quarto dela.

Primeiro que não tem wifi nos quartos nem nos corredores, apenas na recepção. Segundo que absolutamente tudo no hotel é velho e mal cuidado. As camas são muito desconfortáveis, pequenas e sujas. Lençóis e toalhas mal lavadas. Paredes cheias de morfo. Ar condicionado não presta mesmo eu pedindo manutenção, não sai nem vento, apenas muita poeira pois não é limpo, passou a noite toda ligado e não esfriou nada, quando pedi pra trocar de quarto disseram que todos são iguais. Banheiro sujo e tampa do vaso quebrada. Tv minúscula e com muito chiado, só com acesso a canais de tv aberta. No café da manhã só tem pão francês frio, queijo e presunto, banana, água da torneira e cafe, nada mais. Hotel mais parece um motel de 1 estrela. As fotos não condizem com a realidade.
