Our space has 2 comfortable suites, with double beds, all equipped with ceiling fans and silent split air conditioning units. The bathrooms have hot water to make post-beach baths always relaxing.

The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, water dispenser with filtered and cold water, microwave, 4-burner stove, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, as well as utensils such as crockery, pans and basic items so you can make your meals in peace. Breakfast included in the daily rate and enjoyed with a view of Serra da Tiririca.

On the same land there is another property occupied by the owner family and with an independent entrance.

Solar das Rosas is approximately 100 meters from the entrance to Serra da Tiririca State Park, where the access trail to Costão, Niterói's postcard, begins.
