My room key never work , I had to make sure I was not over charge , the driver from the hotel for a short drive over charge me the room was always not clean , the stuff not friendly . I do not recommend this hotel specially for USA

Friendly staff, great service, and an amazing view of the beach from our window. Highly recommended. I'm not sure how I am supposed to rate the "eco-friendliness" of the hotel. But if water usage is a factor, lets just say there's room for improvement. The water comes out of the showerhead with enough quantity and force to rival Iguazu Falls.

From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. I got in late, but check-in was quick and smooth, and Leo from guest services, kindly helped carry my luggage to the room which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and alternatives were available on request. Throughout my stay, the staff were incredibly helpful and always greeted me around the hotel. Special shoutout to Ismael from the breakfast team and also Leo, from guest services, both were fantastic and truly made a difference during my stay. The location is perfect, and any queries I had were answered promptly. The hotel also offers currency exchange, which was a convenient bonus. There was a warm, friendly atmosphere at the hotel which made it even more enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

The hotel was nice and clean. I had a corner room on the second floor, There wasn’t much of a view but it was still nice. I enjoyed drinks at the rooftop pool. The views were beautiful. Especially at night. The pool is very small and I never saw anyone in the pool. I ordered room service one night and was surprised how delicious it was. Breakfast wasn’t too bad. The Location of the hotel is perfect, close to shopping, restaurants and the metro. Staff was courteous and friendly. I would stay here again.

My wife and I were detained at the Rio airport because we didn’t know about the new visa requirement to enter Brazil for Canada, United States and Australia that came in to effect on April 10/2025 with no notice from the airline or Expedia. I contacted the hotel and Expedia immediately after being detained to make them aware of the situation, the hotel refused to refund any of the $1,614.67 I had paid for 5 nights plus breakfast Expedia refunded $242.20 and the hotel kept the rest. The hotels excuse was that I was a no show, pretty hard to show up when we were being detained by immigration and deported to Canada. Very poor customer service, would not recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing experience. The highlight was definitely the beautiful rooftop that has a great view of the beach. I also like how the beach is right across the hotel and there are lots of stores and food options that are a walkable distance.

Very nice hotel. When my girlfriend cried in the lobby for personal reasons, the staff was very nice to her. Also the room is very good, very comfortable, and the hot water comes hot immediately.
