I did not appreciate having a dirty bathroom that was never cleaned and had S*** all over it, cigar burns on the blankets and furniture, someone else dinner leftovers under the bed and around the nightstand. All around a very nasty place, and nothing like the pictures on the site. I don't think this place is worth $50.00 a night, considering the area and conditions of the room. the room had a heavy odor of cleaning product, leftover cleaning supplies also left behind, and all around just expec the worse if you book this place.

Never again.

Room was in magor need of repair. Floor was uneven, furniture was battered, shower had hair in it, ceiling had an attic cover that was patially open, smoke detector was covered with some sort of paper. The bed was very comfortable!

Need to do some touch up on the room I at least stayed in the bathroom ceiling was peeling and the was next to the table in the stand was peeling and dirty then their cleaning staff need left hott sauce on the table from the last stay it’s just need to be more clean it’s a lot of nasty things in the world and when someone take there kids somewhere to sleep it should be clean I had to clean the room to feel okay

It was just an unkempt hotel. Sheets were washed but had stains. The walls were scratched, dented and dirty. The floor was clean but had scratches. The toilet didn’t flush well. The shower fixture was hard to turn. It’s nobody’s fault; it was just a dingy hotel room. Didn’t match the picture on Expedia at all

Where do I start? #1 Upon arrival, I checked in and was given the card to an already occupy room. #2 Front desk attendant (Roy/Rog) came with me to another room. Upon taking off the bed covers, the sheet was dirty and stained. #3 We went out of the room, went to the front desk again, I asked for the sheets to be changed and asked for two, extra bath towels, & he said, "you're asking too much" #4 The smoke alarm was broken, #5 the toilet seat was loose, #6 the water in the sink didn't go down. #7 the drawer was broken. The only good thing was the Manager, Mr. Ketam. He was kind, apologetic and professional.

Truly disappointed

This company wouldn't give me my money back. Hotels as well as I tried to contact the management with no success. I didn’t even stay there, but still was charged. It was a run down motel with druggies all around it.

Good place if you want something cheap, you just want to go sleep and you really don't care about cleanliness. Towel had hairs on it and a bunch of cigarette butts outside the doors.

I love booking rooms through this app, but hands down this was the worse room I’ve stayed in . Handle on faucet was broken, no toilet paper in bathroom.covers were soiled and plastic shopping bag covered the smoke detector. I checked out at 3am because I couldn’t sleep

The room hadn’t been cleaned since who knows when bedding was dingy pillows ripped floors dirty with dirt and leaves all surfaces dirty and dusty bathroom was disgusting didn’t even end up staying by the time we looked at everything the 5 min period for a refund had expired (allows only a refund within 5 mins of check in)
