The Backyard: Step outside and discover our inviting outdoor oasis with a jacuzzi, offering a complimentary BBQ grill. If the propane runs out, we will gladly reimburse you for the refill cost. Relax and unwind in the outdoor seating area, engage in friendly competitions with the ping pong table and Cornhole game.

Parking: We provide reserved parking spaces for 2 small-to-midsize vehicles in the driveway. Additional street parking is available for extra cars or larger vehicles. Please check street signs for sweeper days, on our side of the street it is Mondays.

Please note the following house rules:

1. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, with no additional or undisclosed guests permitted.
2.Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and we observe quiet hours from 11pm to 8am.
3. This home does not accommodate noisy celebrations, music events, or excessive noise-making activities.
4. Smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
5. Guests are responsible for maintaining the property's good condition and will be held financially liable for any missing or damaged items.

We arrived on the date and time (3pm) agreed. I received the key code and thought we were off to a great start. Unfortunately the home was not cleaned from the prior guest. The home in general was not the cleanest either (carpet, furniture, and pool table stained). The host apologized for the mishap and sent the cleaner to the home that day at 6:30pm. They were there from that time to 10:30pm. She wasn’t able to finish as we had been up nearly 23 hours traveling and by the time she was going to vacuum my family was sleep. Prior to the cleaner showing up, I cleaned out the refrigerator so that we could put stuff inside. I also had to reclean the showers as the cleaner did not do a good job and there was hair and dirt left in them. I had to go back through the house with Lysol and Clorox wipes to sanitize as this was not done. Once this was taken care of the house was OK. As I said it was not kept very clean. We did not use the hot tub as it had an odor and a lot of bubbles (TDS) in it. We could not enjoy the back yard or grill as the furniture was filthy and so was the grill. The games were a nice touch and gave us something to do between events. Over all I will say that the host was responsive and did try to make up for the issues. However when you rent a home and are expected to follow the rules you’d also like for the host to do the same. The house not only should have been cleaned after the last guest but it should have been clean in general and it was not.
