Checking-in was difficult. The self check-in machine did not find our reservation at first. Then it found a reservation only for one room not the two we had booked. Then it found the second reservation but said that the room was not ready, to wait for an email message for when the room would be ready, even though it was past 7 pm. I had to use the phone next to the machine to talk to someone and he had to come over from a different location to try to find a room for us. Overall, not a pleasnt experience.

Very clean room. Parking just outside the door was convenient for unpacking/packing and loading up the dogs. Rooms for folks with dogs are conveniently located for a quick trip outside. The campus is very pretty and a great place to exercise the pups. Access to the lobby was convenient for coffee, ice, towels and toiletries if needed. Close enough to town center that you can get a nice walk in to grab drinks and a bite.

Room basic and clean. Bed not that comfortable and bathroom could use more places to hang towels. Weird smell to the bed cover. We just needed a quiet clean place to sleep so it was fine.

Self check in, difficult when you do not read or speak the language or do not work computers. Had to call in for assistance. Staff on phone was bilingual and helpful. Room was good except no waste basket with a with a liner, hard to dispose of personal items. Pet friendly, great area for pets.

We were just passing through and needed a resting spot! This place is a winner! Great location. Very clean and comfortable beds. Check-in was very easy (kiosk in the lobby, make sure you have your confirmation number) Would absolutely stay again!

The room was very clean and comfortable though check- in was odd, you did it at a kiosk. Very thin walls between rooms and loud street noise if you stay in the front rooms. More shelf space in the bathroom is needed and a shelf in the shower to hold your shampoo etc would be nice plus a trashcan in the bathroom would be helpful. The area surrounding hotel was fine, cute downtown and close to Riviere du Loup for hiking. A few minor updates and my score would have been 5 across the board.
