Upon arrival at 5 am, I was shocked to be told by the entrance team that the hotel was fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation. This left me stranded outside at an inconvenient hour, scrambling to find alternative accommodation. Furthermore, the amenities provided fell short of expectations. The shower experience was particularly disappointing, with lukewarm water taking up to 10 minutes to even begin flowing. This made for an uncomfortable start to the day and was certainly not what I had anticipated when booking through Hotels.com. Overall, this experience was deeply frustrating and not at all reflective of the quality I've come to expect from Hotels.com bookings. I hope this feedback will prompt improvements in both communication and amenities at.
