The property is centrally located and it’s under renovation. As long as you stay in the renovated units you will have a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only feedback I would have is to have English speaking crew on staff on all times to help with communication with non-Arabic speakers.

It is lower than average aparthotel. You get what you have paid for. There are some basic amenities such as hot water, a/c, electric kettle and microwave. However, the furniture was shabby. The bathroom was alright except for the strange smell.

It was really disturbing, the photos isn't related at all to the true conditions of the apartment, very poor furniture, old, cracked and dirty. The entrance is luxury that will make you think it's a five stars hotel, nevertheless, it's a half Star only! One good thing is the date and Arabian coffee everyday afternoon at the lobby for free.

This place is a garbage . Dirty place . Pictures does not reflect the reality. Room Carpets are full of dust. There is garbage all around the hotel. Not recomended. I left the place 3 hours after check in . I prefer lost one night but get rid of this place
