Excellent location Quite clean rooms However toilet was a bit old and check in could have been a bit smoother. The receptionist was very helpful but didn't know that I have already paid for the accomodation

Great location, Needs better customer experience

New property, Great location. early morning staff excwllent. However Room had No hot water, kettle not working, water draining not working. Throughout the afternoon and evening I requested requested staff to come 3 times. No action and lack of understanding of interest from the day and night reception staff.
