Excellent room, excellent food but the best of all was the staff. They were incredibly personable, extremely helpful and hardworking and always courteous even when I noticed other guests being unreasonably rude. I generally felt as though I could have just hung out with the staff while they were working. I would highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Kimpton Grand and will definitely return. It’s a beautiful hotel with a super friendly staff. The breakfast is great. There are plenty of places along the beach and down the hill on the front side of the resort such as restaurants, shops, convenience/liquor stores and pharmacy. It is a very safe area as is the West End which is great to visit via water taxi via the infinity bay pier or via the hotel shuttle. We loved snorkeling right off the beach and being surrounded by large schools of tropical fish. If you like a more rustic destination then don’t sleep on Roatan. It has grit.
