The private bedroom features a queen bed, tall windows, nightstands, a closet for your belongings, and an exterior door leading to a covered porch with loungers — perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening mountain air.
In the living room, the couch pulls out into a full-size bed suitable for one adult or two smaller children.

Enjoy large picture windows, a TV, and a table for two overlooking the wooded surroundings. Local artwork is featured throughout the home and is available for purchase if you'd like to take a piece of your stay home with you.

➤ We provide limited WiFi via a JetPack, with the password listed on the back. It works well for light browsing or checking emails, but it isn’t strong enough for streaming. Data is limited and may vary between guests, so availability isn’t guaranteed.

⚠️ Driveway Notice: Please note that the driveway is steep, gravel, and has several curves leading up to the home. It’s typical for mountain properties but can feel intimidating at first. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended year-round for the best traction, especially after rain, snow/ice, or when leaves are on the drive. Motorcycles can make it up, but sports cars are not recommended. RVs, trailers, and boats cannot go up the driveway.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING:
• A rental agreement is required at the time of booking. It will be sent immediately after you reserve and must be signed within 48 hours to avoid cancellation.
• A $300 security-deposit hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 2 days before arrival and released within 5 days after departure, pending no damages.
• Both the rental agreement and the security-deposit hold will be completed through a secure link that begins with: https://orez.io. This link is sent automatically at the time of booking.
