Had to wait a while for the front desk person to open the door so we can check in late in the evening. It was super cold, middle of a snow storm and no one answered the phones. The rep eventually arrived claiming he was helping a guest in their room. After checking in, we called down to ask questions. Again no answer! Night front desk management needs to be upgraded. Room was just ok! Some areas were not clean.

Stayed for one night. Staff was polite and professional. Front desk assisted my wife with printing tickets for an event at the Eastman Theatre. I would definitely stay here again.
