We’re up in Rochester quite a bit visiting our son, who is in school there. This is a super easy, doesn't break the bank hotel. It’s clean, safe, and comfortable and the staff takes pride in every facet of the hotel. It’s super close to everything! We’ve stayed here several times now and the experience is consistent.

The staff were courteous and friendly. The room including the bathroom was clean and decently furnished. The room was small but suited our need for just a place to sleep. The breakfast was nothing to brag about although the make-your-own Belgian waffle was the best offering.

A little outdated but very clean. Breakfast was very good and the area was kept spotless. Coffee, tea and cocoa (with marshmallows!) 24 hours. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. It was a great value.
