The inn is on a stunning piece of property overlooking the ocean with beautiful views both in and out of the inn. The owners of the inn are incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious!. We loved our room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well-furnished. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The innkeepers were fabulous -- welcoming, attentive, helpful, great and interesting conversationists. Our stay was exemplary in every way. We dined on-property and our meals was likewise fabulous. The location is wonderful -- awesomely scenic. We regretted we stayed for two days -- three would be allowed more time to explore PEI.

This is a beautiful PEI accommodation, with friendly and helpful hosts, and convenient access to exploring the region. Highly recommend this accommodation, but caution those with mobility challenges as there are a lot of stairs to access the upper level rooms, so this may not be an option, if mobility or stairs are a concern. If traveling outside of summer or peak tourist season, there are limited dining options in the area. Although the host will provide a home cooked dinner with some notice, there are still limitations on this service, and it may not fit all. Complimentary breakfast was provided at this location, and the hosts gave many wonderful choices, and guests could select as many or as few items as wanted to feel satisfied. Everything was delicious and served with great care.

We are not normally B&B people but the drone shot sold us on it. Mel and Dave keep their property spotless and are wonderful hosts. We did not eat dinner there but Mel recommended The Boathouse about 15 minutes away. It was awesome. Breakfast was good and afterward we walked along the coastline. Beautiful.

The property is situated at a beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very friendly and attentive to details. The breakfast was great, tailored and handcrafted. Very nice stay, I wish I could spend more time at the property.

My mum and I had a wonderful stay at The Johnson Shore Inn. The owners were kind and helpful, the breakfasts the cooked each morning were delicious and the vibe they created was warm and welcoming. The most most impressive part was the scenery and landscape. The house is located in the most beautiful corner of PEI overlooking the ocean and beautiful red cliffs. Waking up to see the sunrise over the ocean was a magical experience.

What a gem! We felt like we were visiting friends. Mell and Dave were wonderful hosts, and the setting was absolutely beautiful. The breakfasts (cooked by Dave) were delicious, and Mell’s dinners were amazing. Don’t miss the opportunity to relax at, and enjoy, this lovely inn.

Amazing zen renewal

Absolutely beautiful place. The owners, room and view were very nice. Food was amazing, and the sunrise on the bluff was unquestionably the most beautiful view ive ever seen. The road to the inn was long and muddy. But if you need to relax and recharge you emotional battery this place is it.

Highly recommend!

My daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay at the inn. Our hosts did a wonderful job making the place very relaxing and conducive to conversations with our fellow travelers. I would highly recommend the dinner service. We stayed 3 nites and very much enjoyed Mel's cooking each nite. Same goes for breakfast.
