The Space:

This two bedroom ocean front condo boasts crystal clear views of the Pacific and Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain from the floor to ceiling windows of the living room!



With a king bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunk bed in the second bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room, the condo comfortably sleep six guests. The two full bathrooms are lined with exquisite tile and include glass-enclosed walk-in showers, with a soaking tub in the master bath. The master suite also includes a private balcony!



A large flat screen TV in the living room provides great indoor entertainment and a well-stocked kitchen contains all you will need to make a gourmet meal with a view. You even have WiFi to listen to some music as you cook!



With high quality cabinetry, granite counter tops, crown molding, and stainless steel appliances, the condo is the epitome of comfort and luxury.



This unit is one of eight others in the complex and can be rented side by side for larger groups. This condo even welcomes up to two dogs, though please note that an additional nightly pet fee will apply.



Manhattan Beach is a state recreation site just 2 miles North of Rockaway Beach. Rockaway is known for its seven mile stretch of pristine sandy beaches without the crowds. Kite flying, beachcombing, bird watching, and hiking are just a few of the favorite activities that attract kids and adults alike. Rockaway Beach is also ideal for planning a fishing or boating trip, with over five different lakes that run along Hwy 101. When not playing outside, galleries, antique stores, and restaurants are abundant and will keep you busy during your stay. Come explore all that Rockaway Beach can offer!



*Please note that the elevators are out of service, indefinitely, and this home is only accessible by stairs. If you are not able to handle 1 or 2 flights of stairs we are happy to look at some other amazing Rockaway locations that would better serve you!

We have come to this rental complex often over the past 5 years because of its proximity to a quiet beach and the incredible views. I have to say the upkeep has definitely gone down hill. Most of these units are managed by Vacasa and while their local maintenance team (Kelly specifically) are on top of minor things that need fixing, this stay wasn't our best. One of the main windows was broken and would not open, the other one was so hard to open, it seemed that it would break if forced. This is an ongoing problem in this complex and the excuse is always the same (cannot get the parts). We're talking at least 2 years they have been "waiting for the parts". Cleaning is not the greatest either. We had dirty sheets on one bed, the comforter had burn holes on it in the main bedroom and the washer smelled strongly like mold. There were multiple dishes we had to re wash because there was food all over them and there was dog hair on the couch. They were also re-doing the roof while we were there, so for 3 days we listened to pounding and drilling on the roof (this is something Vacasa should have warned us about). The first time we came here years ago, you could use the elevators that each unit has, but these have all been turned off and shuttered permanently. They must not want to fix them? This unit is all about the view and you cannot get a better view or beach on this part of the Oregon Coast I feel. So just know you are paying for this... not so much the upkeep of the units.

Very nice unit and perfect right on the beach. Bring your food, closest grocery shopping in Tillamook and local restaurants are pretty limited. Great for this retired couple and dog to spend time reading and enjoying the coast!

Great View, Problems with Appliance

We have stayed at this condo many times and always had positive experiences! I have always left positive reviews, however this stay had a few issues. Upon check-in there was a puddle of water in front of the refrigerator. I cleaned it up and didn’t think much of it. By the next morning, more water had accumulated and it became evident that the refrigerator was not functioning (the ice from the freezer had leaked onto the floor). We had purchased and brought a lot of refrigerated food to cook over our 4 day stay, and all of our meat and dairy items had to be thrown out. It was a big expense to go repurchase our food, and we lost a few hours of our vacation time dealing with this. The managers did bring in a temporary replacement fridge right away, which helpful, but no apologies or compensation for our losses.

Great beachside place for a small family.

We had a blast at this property. It was very clean on arrival, much bigger than anticipated and beach access was so easy. The beach was not busy (off season), which was great. Not much going on in Rockaway, but the property was a great! Would highly recommend it for a quiet trip for a small family!

Beautiful location, suite needs maintenance.

Communication with Vacasa excellent, had problem accessing suite due to worn out defective door lock. Communicated to property manager who made commitments that were unfulfilled. Property maintenance attended and made all reasonable efforts to solve problem, but entrance lock was difficult to manage throughout visit. Windows in great room not functioning, one marked as defective and awaiting parts, other not able to open. This suite seems to suffer from a lack of investment in maintenance. The property manager from Vacasa was responsive and appropriately dispatched property maintenance staff who were outstanding to deal with, but seemed hamstrung by lack of ability to access parts or replacement items for disappointing defects with the suite. Wonderful location with stunning beach access, I would return but look for a different suite at the same location.

Perfect weekend

This might be our new favorite coastal rental. The giant windows gave room for perfect views, beach access was so easy, and there was plenty of room for our family of 4. While we were disappointed that town was a bit too far to be walkable, it was a reasonable compromise for such a gem of a rental. We can't wait to come back!

View and Location!

View is everything you'd ever want at the ocean, and the quick access down to the sand is exactly what we were looking for. We had a little issue with the CO2 sensor battery, and management was right on the spot and got back to us quickly. Very dog friendly spot too!

Spectacular views lacking personal touches

Overall: The giant windows offered incredible views and the size of the rental was comfortable for my family. If you have kids bring your own activities as there aren’t any. Bedrooms: The master bed was very comfortable. The bunk room was spacious and comfy for my kids yet when taking sheets off at the end, the mattresses were very stained which was off putting. We also had to make up the top bunks with sheets upon arrival since that’s where the kids wanted to sleep & the only made up beds were the bottom bunks. Soaker tub in master was amazing and instant hot water was wonderful and actually filled up the tub. Kitchen: This was probably the most disappointing part. While its size was awesome, it was lacking in functionality. I had to make our morning eggs in a stockpot due to very chipped and warped Teflon skillets. None of the knives were very sharp and most everything was very old and looked like it was time to be replaced. There was a very odd assortment of cooking utensils and tools spread out across all the cupboards and drawers. We made due but it could use some management as it wasn’t very user friendly. Living space: none of the windows opened even though they had handles and appeared functional (one was taped shut with a note not to open it but the other seemed like it should work but didn’t). The door handle on patio door was very fragile looking and we were scared to use it much. Lastly we had to contact mgmt. for access to one of the lock boxes.

Beautiful Views

A million dollar view and our 3rd floor unit was stocked with the needed basics. Master Bedroom was comfortable. The beach was only a few steps away. The unit did need some repair to a window and the second bedroom had bunk beds which were not comfortable for our adult son. Be advised, the elevator is not available for guests, so it’s not possible to use this unit if you have issues with stairs. This is a perfect rental for a couple or a family with pre-teens.

Stayed here with my partner for a weekend at the coast and this place was perfect. Beautiful views from the living area and maybe the best bathtub I’ve ever been in!

View 10. Condo 5

The view is spectacular. The condo itself is mediocre. Overall layout of condo is good, but bedrooms furnishings need upgrading and kitchen could use help. The 2nd bedroom had no light. We have rented a lot of beach homes over the years and this one was the worst as far as condiments and cooking utensils were concerned. The only condiment in cupboard was a tired container of pepper. No salt or any other spices, no cooking oil, no sugar, coffee or tea. Makings for 1 pot of coffee goes a long way towards making your guests feel welcome. Kitchen faucet was very loose and felt like it could break anytime. Not sure if this is anything, but the toilets make a banging noise (like someone slamming a cabinet door) when the tank is filled. On the plus side, the place was clean, including the windows, which was important to take advantage of the best thing about the condo.

Beautiful, quiet location

We have stayed here many times. This unit is clean and comfortable, and a perfect get-away if you seek a quiet and restful vacation. I wish the toaster was in working order, but no real complaints!

Sparse furnishings

A bit of decoration goes a long way… Pulled Out one of the extra blankets and it smelled like a very dirty wet dog. I didn’t touch the rest. Cheap sheets on the bed. The towels count use a bit of bleach, the were washed but stained. Great view from the living room. Toilet when flushed shakes all the pipes. I didn’t want to flush at night, I’m sure the neighbors can hear. Honestly, I travel and rent a lot of homes, this one is over priced.
