Part of the issue with the cleanliness of the room could be on us, as we requested to not be on the third floor due to no elevators and having to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. We were somewhat chastised by the front desk person for not calling ahead to confirm where we would be more comfortable staying. Honestly, that did not occur to me but filed for future notice. The room we were assigned was not clean. I was told that the sheets were dirty on the bed. I slept on the couch because the mattress was so uncomfortable and had a very large bow towards the middle. There was a lot of sand on the floor in the main living area. I understand we were a last minute assignment to the room BUT the bed was made and everything appeared prepared for the next guest. Sadly, it was not. Also to note, the rooms under the stairwell are very noisy. Overall, it was our least favorite place we stayed during our trip. On the plus side, these are obviously rentals with individual property owners. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to enjoy a holiday. However, coffee is kept at the reception desk. Weird.

Old beach town feel. Property is quaint and great beachfront location. Room very spacious. Property is older but very well maintained. Great location to get to Cannon Beach, seaside, Astoria very easily, and makes it a great home base and affordable place to stay.

There is NOT an EV charger. There are 2 dedicated parking spaces for EVs and an outdoor outlet to plug in your own trickle charger. I’m not sure if that’s disclosed somewhere, but I didn’t see it, so just wanted to throw that out there so it’s clear. Also, the Hotels app doesn’t let you specify if you’re bringing a pet, and they only have a few pet-friendly rooms, so make sure to call if you’re planning to bring one. (I saw this on there direct website so I knew to call). Thankfully we didn’t need to charge, so it was nbd. We had a great time, loved the room for our fam of 6 and our dog. They even provide a dog bed, blanket, bowls, towel, and a couple treats. The ocean is right out the back door, and beach access is the middle between the two hotel buildings, so a very short walk no matter where your room is. The hotel is only 1 room deep, so all rooms have equally good views and access. Beds were comfy, kitchen was remarkably well-stocked. The lobby has a TON of games and DVDs, and rooms have DVD players. Pool was quite warm, hot tub was hot, sauna takes a bit to heat up (normal, but not everyone knows this) but is fantastic. There are beach toys and pool toys available for kids to use. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect. Plenty of space it was nice to have the amenities of a fridge, microwave and stove top to cook meals. Being right on the beach was magical. Even though it needs some updates it was very clean and the staff was amazing. Amber brought us an extra tv and even left suckers on the door for my grandson. They have dvds and board games to check out which was awesome. I cant recommended this property enough. I am what you would call a bit picky on where I stay and I would stay again.

Great if you are looking for a mellow, relaxing place on the beach. Not alot of local entertainment...not much going on at night. Good home base though to come back to. Neighboring towns have great food and shops.

This was a really nice property, the room we chose was large with enough room for us and mom to have privacy and our own bathroom. Included a kitchenette and an incredible view and access to the beach. The pool and spa were the cleanest we've ever seen. Would definitely stay here next time were in the area. The staff here were super nice ladies.
