Tämä kaunis merenranta-koti Rockaway Beachissä on vain muutaman askeleen päässä hiekasta ja tarjoaa upeat merinäkymät, ja siellä on runsaasti tilaa jopa 10 hengelle ja kahdelle koiralle!

Tämä koti ei voinut olla lähempänä rantaa, vain muutaman kilometrin päässä Rockaway Beachistä, vain muutaman kilometrin pohjoispuolella sijaitsevassa Nedonna Beachin osassa kaupunkia. Hyvin lyhyen ajomatkan päässä pääset kaikkiin Rockawayn ravintoloihin ja myymälöihin, mutta voit myös ottaa 25 minuutin ajomatkan etelään Tillamookiin tai pohjoiseen Nehalem Bayyn ja Oswald West State Parkiin. Voit nauttia valaiden katselusta heti tästä kotista, mennä ulos piknikille ja vaelluksille, tehdä vähän ostoksia kaupungissa tai tutkia enemmän rantaviivaa - tarjolla on runsaasti seikkailuja!

Tämä kolmen makuuhuoneen, kolmen kylpyhuoneen koti on riittävästi tilaa jopa 10 vierailijalle ja kahdelle koiralle (vaikka yöpyminen per koira ja vähimmäismaksu per oleskelu). Sisällä on ihastuttava olohuone, jossa on merinäköalaikkunat, taulu-tv, ruokailutila ja upea keittiö, jossa on kaksinkertaiset uunit ja runsaasti ruoanlaittovälineitä. Viihdevaihtoehtoja on runsaasti, kuten WiFi-yhteys, kaapelitelevisio, Blu-ray / DVD-soitin, lautapelejä, kirjoja ja jopa biljardipöytä ja painopaketti leikkihuoneessa alakerrassa.

Kaksi makuuhuonetta yläkerrassa ja toinen alakerrassa (mestari, jossa on king-vuode ja kaksi muuta queen-size-vuodetta) on tilaa kaikille. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla kuntokeskus, pyykinpesutilat ja pelihalli/-huone. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja 3 kylpyhuonetta.

Most beautiful view to a great beach

Lots of room for our family to all stretch out and have our weekend of Christmas fun views are amazing. Bedrooms could have been cleaner. But overall a nice home. We had a little issue with with a roof leak but they did their best to remedy it as quickly as needed.

Lovely spot for family gathering

This house very comfortably housed five adults and had great living spaces for spending time together. The ocean views were beautiful and the beach was truly just out the back door! There were many shops and restaurants within a short drive. The only issue we had was that the stovetop didnt work well. One burner didnt work at all, one burner barely turned on, and the other two took awhile to warm up and then didnt control temperature well. We had read a review that there had been issues with the atove before, however it had been fixed. It wasn't fixed. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Totally enjoyable weekend and house

The house perfectly accommodated beds for all; grandparents took lower level with their own bathroom, others on main level. Very clean. A spectacular ocean view and private path to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, watching the waves in the distance. Good seating, in dining and open space living room. A couple kitchen repairs will be addressed with management. (Stovetop burner, ice dispenser) Hope to stay there again.

Great! Not so great.

Amazing home great view nice furniture. Great access to the ocean! Freezer did not freeze. We put ice cubes as soon as we got there for cocktails and wasn’t solid after three days! Only one showerhead worked and that was in the master bedroom so we had our four boys using our bathroom the whole time during our vacation privacy as Parents wasn’t enjoyable. Also, the sliding glass door that has access to the beach was kind of tricky to close. Minutes away from town cool little shops great food great people just go with a respectable attitude and your fine anywhere.

Fantastic getaway in Rockaway!

The house was fantastic. Well equipped to cook dinners for the family. A short walk down a sandy path to the beach just off the back patio. The pool table was nice to have for after the kids went to bed. The house was clean, beds were comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

Ocean view is the only plus

If it wasn't for the ocean view the home would have no positive qualities. None of the windows open and the fireplace is not operational down stairs. The home stayed very warm up stairs and was not able to have the windows open to cool it off. If we turned on the A/C the, already cool down stairs would be much colder. The smoke detector was chirping continuously, finally removed the battery without a resolution from the property management. Nice view and easy access to the beach is the best perk with the house.

Lovely beach house.

Because the landscaping was too overgrown, the address numbers and the “Vacasa Property” sign for the lot were difficult to see. The lot needs grooming. Two of the bathtub/showers had problems. We could not get those two showers to operate so ended up all using the master shower. Minor convenience. The house was spotless and all beds were super comfortable.

Forgotten vacation home

When we first arrived we thought we had the wrong house, it was overgrown and unkempt, nothing like the pictures. Go inside and it needs a thorough dusting and vaccuming, dog fur and dust galore. Can't open any of the windows becasue they are all broken and there was one plug to share between the bathrooms. Eventhough it was summer and a bit warmer, it was freezing in the house. Trying to lock the door was a bit of trouble, it was sticking. Plus the trail to the beach was a lot farther than once thought. For the price we paid, i expected cleanliness and working windows.

We were told there was no early check-in "due to covid cleaning". However, we arrived an hour early and had to sit in the driveway awaiting our check-in time even though the house was empty and there were no cleaning people inside. Considering this strict policy the place was average at best. There were bits of plastic and yarn on the stairs leading to the front door. Sand covered the cushioned bench by the kitchen. Long dark hairs were on the bathroom floor and there was not one bar of soap to shower and clean with. Pictures made the surrounding area look lovely, however, while the grasses on the beach side of the house were as pictured...the front yard area was an overgrown mess. Then check-out was at 10am! Hardly time to get up, have breakfast and pack up after a two day stay. The house worked for our needs but we will not be staying there again. A dissapointing experience for the price we paid!!

Beautiful home…wonderful family trip.

Lots of cooking and family meals in the beautiful kitchen with fantastic views of our backyard ocean. Hiking, golf, and bonfires on the beach at night. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Clean. Great view. Vacasa responsive when we had a small issue - friendly staff and the issue was addressed appropriately. Easy beach access. Only negative is that you can’t open the windows to hear the ocean.

Amazing property

Fantastic property, very nicely appointed house with a great selection of cookware, linens, and billiards! Would have been nice if some extra cleaning supplies or even paper towels were available. For the money, 2 ply toilet paper would be nice too. 10am checkout time was also a pretty big bummer and was disappointed that vacasa wouldnt even give an extra hour even though they told us no one was checking in in an attempt to get us to book another night. Otherwise really amazing spot.

Exceeded expectations!

This house was perfect for our family, we stayed recently with my parents, grandpa, and 3 kids ages 3-8 and had the BEST time here! The house had everything we needed to prepare meals, it was so spacious and open, and the bed accommodations were very comfortable! The only thing I think could be added to the info, that is absolutely not a negative reflection on the house, is that the beach access isn't as easy as I hoped for older ones, and I couldn't really tell what it was like based on comments or pictures. Since we were with older guests, this was something that I was looking for in a rental. I would totally Stay at the house again though!
