Our room was clean, this hotel is very quaint and cozy, but definitely needs an upgrade. The shower nozzle is horrible and the carpeting in our room was filthy. The room was clean, but you could just see the dirt and stains in the carpeting. It is a nice hotel, and we have stayed here before and the service is excellent, but again needs a nice upgrade. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The property was fine, the pool was nice and the breakfast was ok. When I booked two rooms I noted early check in and the rooms be next to one another. At check in, we were only allowed 1 room at early then our second room was 2 floors away and not a double Queen. Overall very disappointed.

Property was very dated. The carpet in the room was dingy and old. The bathroom was run down and in need of updating. The thermostat in the room was non-operational and we controlled the temperature with a dates window unit. Overall, the room was clean but in great need of an update. Will not return.

When we got to the property we found out there’s no cleaning of the rooms which is fine but when you take down the dirty towels to the front desk to exchange them for clean towels and the man at the front desk questions how many sets of towels you can have/need is uncalled for. My husband asked for four sets and he refused and would only give three to him (2 adults in the room). Their breakfasts were just average compared to other hotels.
