Vietä viikonloppu tai viikko nauttiaksesi Rockportin kauneudesta ja kulttuurista. Ole yksi ensimmäisistä, joka nauttii tästä hiljattain rakennetusta mökistä, josta on panoraamanäkymät Sandy Baylle. ja Straightsmouth Island. Pysy tarpeeksi lähellä kävelläksesi keskustaan taidegallerioita, ravintoloita ja rantoja, mutta tarpeeksi kaukana jättääksesi väkijoukot taakse. Check in was a breeze. The kitchen had all the utilities except a stove, which was not needed as there were every other appliance you would want, including 2 hot plates, toaster/air fryer oven, microwave, tea pot, coffee pot & plenty of pans, bowls, plates, etc.

Gorgeous location, helpful owners, low ceilings

My parents had an excellent time at this clean, well-equipped little place with stunning coastal views (especially from the upstairs balcony). Owners were friendly, helpful, and highly responsive. Location is excellent. Our only complaint was that the description should really mention the low ceilings in the bedroom, which posed a little bit of a mobility challenge for older folks (and for context, my mother is only 5’2” and still struggled a little getting in and out of bed without bumping her head). This was a minor issue, thankfully, and they had a wonderful time otherwise.

Fantastic home and hosts

1st time to Rockport and was SO happy to find this place. The views are fantastic, and loved waking up or reading by such wonderful ocean views. The unit is cute, Diane and JP are wonderful hosts. I will definitely plan to stay here on my next visit to the area and have already recommended it to friends.

Come Home to Rockport

We did a week here. This location is fantastic. Off the beaten path but only 20 min from main attractions. Home was exceptionally clean and had everything you would need for a stay. Beautifully decorated and comfortable! We will be back some day.

Rockport is lovely and the cottage is a treasure. It is in a location that offers stunning views of the ocean from its two balconies. The house is beautifully decorated and is furnished with everything anyone could ever imagine needing or wanting. Dianne is generous and responsive - she obviously desires that her guests have a wonderful visit.

A Gem with a Beautiful View

The owner was great to deal with - very responsive. The property was clean, and spacious for two adults. The upstairs deck, with two chairs and a small table, offers a great view of the ocean / bay - unobstructed view of July sunrise. The larger table on the downstairs deck was a good spot for a meal. While the kitchen does not have a stove or oven, it does have electric burners as well as an electric frying pan. We used the frying pan, which worked well. It was an easy, roughly one mile walk, to downtown Rockport which has lots of shops and restaurants. Gloucester provides even more options, and is just a short drive away. A heads up to future guests - there may be other vehicles parked in the driveway. Upon our arrival, there was a pickup truck as well as a boat trailer. Also, the lockbox is flush with the door and difficult to see in the sunshine. Those two things made us uncertain that we had arrived at the correct place. But, we had - and are so happy that we did! There was still plenty of parking for our vehicle - so, it was not an issue except for the doubt we had upon arrival. Two positives from a security standpoint - (1) it appears that the lockbox code is changed with each guest, and (2) it appears that the internet login is changed periodically. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for a couple. The gardens are beautiful and each deck was a treat. Nice location for walks to either area beaches or granite pier. Easy drive to other Cape Ann communities and larger beaches (i.e. Crane in Ipswich).

Pleasant surprises

We were really happy with this cottage. We enjoyed our view from the second floor in the evenings. The location was great for our morning walks to town. Kitchen had everything we needed for a weekend. Nicely updated! Friendly owners & lovely shared garden area.
