Disliked: Cleanliness
The room was not what I expected. The photos made it look clean and nice. They should be ashamed to rent the room we stayed in.
- the carpet was extremely dirty and stained, I was expecting to get sick.
- the current fridge sits on the carpet and the door would rub on the carpet, probably exposing our food to germs within the carpet. The shelves were dirty.
- the shower head needs to be changed to something gentler that sprays properly. Too strong of stream.
- under the bed wasn’t vacuumed or behind the bedside table and there is enough room to do it.
- the full length mirror was not clean
- tv was sitting on an upside down rubber boot rack and fell off the shelf in the night. Scared us awake in a hurry.
- I had never seen a toilet paper holder rusted, but this one was covered in rust.
- the door spring is set so hard, no doorstop, we had to lean with all our body weight to hold it open just to bring our things in and out.
The lesson learned over the past two winters; 100-130 bucks a night, doesn’t get you a clean room anymore. Won’t go back.
