Pros: We (two families of 7 people) stay at villa of Florenti for a week. Thank you very much for all Florenti's family for the kind welcome. Villa was very good, where each detail is conceived to make your stay unforgettable. Villa is situated not far from the beach, only 3 minutes of walking. It is the best choice for the beach holidays.

Pros: Amazing time starting from the warm and instructive welcome from the owners on arrival. This is a wonderful home fully equipped with all the mod cons contributing to an easy holiday. The gardens are green and lush with a children friendly swimming pool. We absolutely loved taking every meal on the summer terrace. Location was perfect with the beach at 100m stone-throw, a very easy walk even with our 3 and 6 year olds. Beach is fine sand throughout with warm sea. Definitely coming back at the next opportunity.

Pros: Lovely vacation – very nice house (fully equipped), friendly owners, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, beach is 5 min. walk from the house and 5-10 min. with a car there are 3 big Supermarkets and one Gourmet shop in Roda de Bera. Nearby towns Torredembarra and Tarragona are very beautiful and Salou is full of people and night life. About 40 min. to Barcelona via highway. Must see “Roc de Sant Gaieta Tarragona” town, which is about 30 min. walk from the house in very beautiful and artistic walk path. Perfect choice for a family vacation. Hope next year will be back again.

Pros: The owners son was waiting for us and showed us around the house which was clean and as described. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 young children,so for a quiet family holiday we found it to be perfect. The beach was very close and is ideal for swimming and relaxing.The garden and pool area is nice and we made use of the barbeque.There are three supermarkets within a few minutes drive so no problems.Tarragona is about a twenty minute drive if you want some night life.Our security deposit was returned on leaving and the owners were very friendly. We would definately go back again.

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist so schön gepflegt und gut umzäunt ideal für Hunde und Kinder. Toller sauber Pool auch umzäunt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, auch wenn wir ihn nicht persönlich getroffen haben. Aber über WhatsApp gut und schnell kommuniziert. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht vom Föhn bis zum Waschmittel und Spültabs. Es war einfach ein toller Urlaub Cons: Nichts

La ubicación de la casa muy bien con todo cerca. Playa, supermercados.

Pros: Jordi, Florentino y MAngeles son unos anfitriones de 10, personas humildes y muy atenta. A la llegada nos mostraron la casa y nos tenían café, agua, te y cava. La casa es maravillosa, tiene una piscina fantástica y todo muy limpio. El primer día que llegamos por la noche observamos que la luz de la cocina fallaba un poco, se lo comentamos y el siguiente día por mañana cambiaron el fluorescente y listo. No tenemos ni una solo queja. Si volviéramos por la zona sin ninguna duda volveríamos a esta casa.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Pros: Das Haus ist toll. Der eingezäunte Pool einfach genial, wenn man kleine Kinder hat. Auch die Nähe zum Strand ist super. Der Garten mit dem Limetten -und Olivienbaum, einfach schön. Cons: Das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage, was kaum zum aushalten ist in dem oberen Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet.

Heerlijk rustige en luxe uitvalsbasis voor geweldige vakantie

Pros: Wij waren in dit huis in de eerste week van mei. De eigenaren ontvingen ons samen met hun Engels sprekende schoonzoon. Super aardige mensen. We krijgen informatie over wat er te doen is. Het huis zag er goed uit. Er was aan alles gedacht: wc papier, keukenrol, kruiden en thee in de keuken aanwezig. Het huis is ruim en heeft een dakterras. Erbleek een makkelijk verplaatsbare tafeltennis tafel te zijn. De kids hebben uren getafeltennist. De wijk was in mei super rustig en stil. We deden s avonds de luiken dicht en sliepen fantastisch. In de omgeving genoeg te doen: Barcelona, Tarragona, maar ook Roc de Saint Gaieta met geweldig restaurant baRRoc. In mei zijn nog niet alle restaurants elke dag open. Boodschappen vlakbij te doen bij Lidl. En wij haalden daarna vaak koffie bij El Mirador in Creixell. Ligt net naast de kerk. Gezellig tentje, met heerlijk uitzicht op zee. De surfersbar op het strand is ook geweldig. Kortom: een heerlijke week. Cons: Niets.

Pros: De woning was perfect onderhouden!! Het zwembad was subliem!! De buiten bbq was een echte meevaller!! Ondanks dat er geen airco was, kon je het huis perfect fris houden omdat er zeer veel ramen boven en beneden tegen elkaar konden open gezet worden. De tuin is volledig omheind, wat ideaal is voor kleine kinderen of als er huisdieren meereizen. Kortom, een aanrader voor families met kleine kinderen en huisdieren die meereizen!!!!! Tip voor de eigenaars: als de woning geannuleerd wordt op het laatste moment, zou het misschien een voordeel zijn om de huurders van de week nadien hiervan te verwittigen zodat zij tegen een voordeeltarief hun reis misschien eerder zouden kunnen beginnen.

Pros: Hemos estado dos familias (con niños) durante una semana alojados en esta casa y ha sido una experiencia magnífica. La casa es amplia, dotada de todo lo necesario para el día a día, ubicada en una zona tranquila y a cinco minutos andando de la playa. Destacaría la zona exterior de la vivienda: la piscina, la mesa exterior, la barbacoa, la comodidad de tener aparcamiento para dos vehículos...y sobre todo, la amabilidad de la familia propietaria, desde el primer contacto hasta el día que nos fuimos. En definitiva, esperamos poder repetir nuestras vacaciones en la misma casa. Muchas gracias por todo, Jordi y Lìdia !!

La casa era espectacular para lo que buscábamos.piscina privada y vallada algo que es fundamental cuando vas con niños y un gran jardín,la casa por dentro grande y lo más importante tenía de todo.otra cosa importante es lo cerca de la playa que está (5m como mucho caminando) En definitiva casa muy muy recomendable Para relajarte unos días.. Pros: Hemos estado alojados en esta propiedad una semana y media y han sido unas grandes vacaciones, este año lo que necesitábamos era desconectar, tranquilidad.. En esta vivienda se puede disfrutar de los exteriores con total comodidad, su distribución es ideal para poder evitar el sol a la hora de comer etc sin tener que renunciar a estar al aire libre. La piscina privada es un lujo y sobretodo, una cosa que consideramos muy importante fue la seguridad de la valla, ya que con niños pequeños toda precaución es poca. A la casa no le faltan detalles, los electrodomésticos, vajilla, etc está en perfectas condiciones. En cuanto a la limpieza lo mismo, todo perfecto para que puedas estar como en casa. Los propietarios muy atentos, amables y dispuestos para que en caso de que surja algún problema, dudas sobre la zona o cualquier cosa puedas contactar con ellos. La casa está ubicada a escasos metros de la playa, se puede ir andando en 5 minutos. También hay parques cerca. Lo único que no tiene cerca como para ir andando son supermercados ni tiendas, pero están a 3 minutos en coche por lo que no es ningún inconveniente. En conclusión: si repetimos este tipo de estancias en próximas vacaciones, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí!

Pros: Pasamos una estupenda semana en agosto con unos amigos y los niños. EL jardín y la piscina son una maravilla, los niños disfrutaron mucho. La casa está muy bien equipada, con platos, vasos, cubiertos y utensilios de cocina que es algo que suele escasear en las casas de alquiler. También disponía de bastantes artículos que cuando estas por poco tiempo es una lata comprar como papel de cocina, papel higiénico, jabón de manos, sal, especias... Está muy cerca de la playa, a cinco minutos y al menos este año, estaba poco masificada. Como crítica constructiva diría que en las habitaciones hacía bastante calor y aunque había ventiladores no estaría de más instalar ventiladores de techo o aire acondicionado. Y también diría que aunque el jardín está muy cuidado había algunas de césped mejorables. Por último decir que los dueños fueron muy amables en el trato.

Pros: Hemos pasado una buena estancia en la casa de la familia Anguita. Es una casa grande con jardín grande. Fuimos con una niña de 4 años y una bebé y disfrutaron muchísimo tanto del jardín como de la piscina. Además estaba a menos de 5 min caminando a la playa. La ubicación era excelenge. El punto negativo es que no tenía aire acondicionado y en pleno agosto se nota pero tenían muchos ventiladores para poder usar así que de esta forma compensa. Quizás también comentar que la casa estaba a desnivel del jardín y habían dos o tres escalones para bajar que con una bebé gateando no era la mejor opción. La familia Anguita muy amable y cordial.

Pros: Pasamos una semana de vacaciones excepcional. Lo que queríamos era descansar en la piscina y poder ir a la playa. La situación de la casa te permite ir andado a la playa sin problemas. La casa cumple con todas las expectativas. La única pega es la hierba del jardín de la piscina. Es muy dura y cerca de la piscina inexistente, lo que hace que andar por ahí sea incómodo y muy sucio ya que es tierra que acabas metiendo en la piscina. El resto de maravilla

Hele goede restaurantjes in de buurt en ons strandtentje met heerlijke tapas!Huis heeft helaas wat achterstallig onderhoud en voorzieningen (zoals airco en/of koffiezetapparaat) zijn achter gebleven. Verder prima stekje en hele aardige eigenaar!!
