Ideally located, you'll find Rodanthe Pier Place, Salvo Day Use Area, and Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge. Spend a day taking a leisurely stroll along the pier, playing beach games, birdwatching, or exploring the refuge's diverse habitats.

Back home, you're just steps away from the beach for easy swimming, sunbathing, and lounging on the sandy shore. Community sound access is perfect for launching windsurfing and kite-boarding gear or exploring the calm, shallow waters in a kayak. Community tennis courts are also within walking distance.

Inside this oasis, be welcomed by a sun-soaked, open-concept living area featuring plush seating, balcony access, and charming, colorful decor. Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility, located at the Avon office address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from May 24 to September 8, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pools is subject to the discretion of the state inspector, management, and/or the HOA. As a result, the availability schedule may change without prior notice.
