Look forward to your holiday in the sun and on the Adriatic in Rogoznica-Razanj. This large house is spread over three floors, so two families of friends can easily spend their holiday here together. The two upper floors are fully equipped, with a kitchen-living room, bathroom, bedrooms and balcony, so that you can enjoy your privacy as a small family. On the ground floor, you can get together, prepare breakfast together and eat it on the covered terrace by the pool. Spend many hours swimming, sunbathing and relaxing here afterwards and come together again in the evening after other activities for an outdoor barbecue.



Throw your bath towel over your shoulder and walk the few metres to the rocky pebble beach. Dive into the marvellous, clear water and let yourself be carried back and forth by the waves. Bring your snorkelling equipment and explore the fascinating underwater world. You can also go hiking along the coast and walk to the old Movar fortress, from where you have a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding islands. Also plan a trip to the Darchenau Lake Zmajevo oko, which is surrounded by beautiful nature and where daredevils can jump into the water from the cliffs.
