Be our guest and convince yourself about the Costa Blanca with its varied sandy beaches and the best climate in Spain.
Up to 4 people can enjoy a relaxed and relaxing stay in the apartment. The house is in a quiet residential complex, in the immediate vicinity of the La Mata salt lake. There is therefore no through traffic.
The apartment extends over 2 floors as a terraced house with its own garden and terrace in front and a patio terrace in the back. There is also a spacious balcony on the upper floor, starting from the bedroom.
The total area of the apartment is 82 m². These include the living room with dining area, kitchen, guest toilet, utility room and small winter garden in the entrance on the ground floor. Upstairs are two separate bedrooms, one with a balcony and the bathroom with toilet and shower.
The property includes a further 80 m² with garden, terrace and patio.
The apartment also includes a swimming pool that is shared by the surrounding residential complex. You can use it all year round without restrictions. The distance to this is only 14 m, directly opposite. The balcony adjoining the large bedroom also offers a wonderful view of the pool and the neighborhood. Up to the nearby salt lake La Mata it is about 1.9 km which can also be easily reached on foot. The nearest bathing beach on the Costa Blanca coast is 7 km away.

The fees are payable in cash and directly to the housekeeper.
The mobile gas grill is provided at your own risk. This must be cleaned thoroughly on departure, otherwise cleaning costs will be incurred.

On request, we also offer transfer to Alicante airport. The car capacity is only 4 seats! With more people, they need two cars. A taxi is cheaper for other airports.

The house is located just outside the small town of Rojales, in a holiday village about 8km from the town of Torrevieja. The region's two distinctive salt lakes are in the immediate vicinity. Bathing is permitted here at certain points and enables a unique experience of weightlessness. The healing effect should not be underestimated and is in great demand across Europe.
The nature reserve "Parque Natural de Torrevieja" also borders here.
About 27 km away is San Pedro del Pinatar, on the Mar Menor, known for its mud lagoon with healing properties. The mud has an anti-inflammatory effect and frees the skin of toxins.
