Emerald Escape Vacation Villa

Relax and enjoy the views with family and friends! This newly renovated, four bedroom home with private swimming pool is a picturesque escape overlooking Emerald Bay. Access the Emerald Bay Marina, multiple beaches or enjoy the sunrise every morning from the second floor balcony. Spend the day with all the beautiful and amazing features of the Exuma's. Sea turtles, star fish, iguanas, swimming pigs, private islands and so much more. Come see it all!

Emerald Escape Villa features 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have king size beds, and one bedroom has a queen size bed. An inflatable double size mattress for kids is available upon request for an additional charge of $100 per night.

There are two luxury golf carts available for guest use for an extra charge of $50/cart/day. A golf cart waiver and security deposit is required for use.

Our stay in Rokers Point was absolutely wonderful! The home is lovely, well designed and spacious. Comfortable beds, well stocked and excellent views all around. There are many great restaurants a quick golf cart ride away, Grande villa and the gated neighborhood itself is top notch! Destine, was an excellent property concierge! She is kind, prompt and helped us with every aspect of our reservation and stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Emerald Escape home again!

We can’t wait to go back

This was our third trip to Exuma and by far the best one! We came for spring break along with another family and it was absolutely perfect. The house is clean, comfortable and beautiful. House highlights - beds were awesome- so comfortable. The pool was great after beach day. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Upstairs balcony has amazing views - we loved spending time out there. Location was ideal- easy walk to the beach along the golf course path or we took the golf carts down to the beach in front of grande isle. It was great to be able to take the cart to Salt, 23 North and Palapa grill. Destine was our concierge and she was wonderful- we did provisions ahead of time and she was able to get everything we needed. She was so helpful with reservations, setting us up with taxi drivers (SJ was great) and just so responsive whenever we needed anything. She also recommended beautiful cocoplum beach (absolute must)! Also want to give a shout to Coconut club and Triple A adventures for making the trip so amazing.the kids all said that this was their favorite house of any trip we’ve taken and I agree!

Family Trip

Communication was excellent. The House was very nice, with an extremely large pool. Being located next to Grand Isles Resort was very convenient for meals. The golf carts were great for riding around the neighborhood, going to the beach, and Grand Isles.
