The apartment is located a few steps from the vast university area that extends from the historic San Lorenzo neighborhood to the lively Piazza Bologna. Young university students, both out-of-towners and locals, are the soul of this neighborhood and give it an unparalleled warmth and liveliness.
The property has a common room with a vending machine, a kitchen equipped with cutting-edge services and a large balcony. The "GREY" room can accommodate up to 3 guests and has all the basic services (free Wi-Fi, TV, private bathroom, air conditioning and heating). Furthermore, from the room you can directly access the balcony, furnished in every detail with the intent to make guests feel at home.

The apartment has a complete bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), mini fridge, coat rack, complete private bathroom (provided with all toiletries), smart TV, safe, private balcony and smoking area, sheets, towels, kettle (coffee, tea etc). The doors of the rooms are locked. The kitchen is shared and the balcony is private. Breakfast is not included.

Check-in is every day from 3:00 PM. The property has self check-in via Vikey. Check-out is by 10:30 AM. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Luggage storage is allowed. Disliked: Communication, location, listing accuracy

Une annonce pas claire

Chambre agréable avec terrasse privative agréable. Literie au top par contre annoncé trompeuse, la cuisine est un espace partagé entre 4 appartement avec des personnes parfois sans éducation. Il est écrit dans l’annonce parking garage en fait pas du tout il n’y a rien. L’emplacement est loin du centre avec seulement des bus à proximité et un quartier sans vie. Abritel m’a extrêmement déçu par les réponses apportées. Aucune volonté de satisfaction client.
